Rieju rs2 matrix 50cc

Hi there i recently brought an rieju rs2 matrix 50cc 04 plate and its standard just de-restricted apparently. i used to have a aprilia rs 50 modded. Anyway the bike runs fine but just got a few questions.. when riding it hits the power band about 6000-8000 is that right? cause after 8000 it sounds like it dont want to go more but eventually it does go higher so you have to change gear at about 7-8000 to get most power but in 6th if u keep it full throttle it will go to about 10/000 only doin around 55 clock speed is this right or is it stil restricted because people have been sayin there clock goes like way past 50.. thanks
